Descrizione

Highly effective against blood protozoan or red water disease. This complex compound is an odourless yellow powder which is relatively soluble in water but slightly soluble in organic solvents.

Indicazioni

In addition to the Trypanosidal activity it is Babescidal and bactericidal (mainly Brucella and streptococcus spp.)

Controindicazioni

may be toxic to some species in exceeding doses. However serious side effects are not to be expected at normal dosage rate.

Local reaction may occur at site of inj. It may be severe in case of horses. Serious side effects are not expected at normal dose rate.

Dosaggio

Sequzene 2.36gm: Dissolve in 15ml water to prepare an injectable solution @1ml/20kg Body weight.
Sequzene 23.6gm: Dissolve in 150ml water to prepare an injectable solution @1ml/20kg Body weight.
Sequzene plus 2.36 & 23.6gm: 15ml of reconstituted solution for 300kg body weight by deep intramuscular injection.

Tempi di remissione

Meat: 21 month
Milk: 5 days
