Description
Enrofloxacine is a synthetic chemical therapy drug from the fluorochinolones group. It shows a bactericidal effect through the mechanism of DNA gyrase inhibition (enzyme participating in DNA replication processes), which leads to the inhibition of protein
Indications
Treatment of infections with microorganisms sensitive to enrofloxacine.

Contre-indications
Do not use in the treatment of inflammations with microorganisms resistant to chinolones (cross-resistance). Do not use during pregnancy and lactation.
Effets secondaires
Rarely reported. Prolonged treatment with high doses may result in transitional disturbances of the alimentary tract (vomiting, diarrhoea) and the nervous system (psychomotor excitation, anxiety), hypersensitivity to sunlight and sensitisation of tissues
