The Society for the Advancement of Veterinary Education and Research (SAVER) College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Southern Mindanao is an academic organization promoting animal welfare and responsible pet ownership. It annually conducts Grand PetShow in celebration with the National Veterinary Medicine Week every February. Aside from the highlight activity, it also hurdles various endeavor relative to the aims of the college and the university as a whole. It ushers vaccination programs, vitamin administration, petshows and others in the municipality of Kabacan and in the adjacent towns.
