We introduce ourselves as Goldshield Plc. U.K., a young dynamic and emerging pharmaceuticals company marketing ethical prescription products within the U.K, European and other international markets. We currently have presence in more than 53 countries throughout the world. The majority of the turnover is within UK and strategies are in place to grow established business within other countries using both existing and new products.
The Head Office is located in Croydon, just outside London, and the development laboratory and warehouse complex are situated in nearby Thornton Heath UK. The Group also has subsidiaries in the USA and in 2001 acquired Antigen Holdings Ltd. based in Ireland, a major supplier to the National Health Service.
The majority of the products marketed are for the tre ...atment or prevention of chronic or recurrent illnesses in Veterinary and Human . Goldshield does not concentrate on any particular therapeutic area. However, it currently markets products which address indications in three of the largest chronic disease areas: cardiovascular diseases, central nervous system disorders and musculoskeletal conditions. The Group currently markets a portfolio of 43 pharmaceutical products based on 28 different active compounds all of which are sold under the Group's brands. We have strong presence in various countries in Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa. We are dealing in injectables, generics, branded generics and a wide range of healthcare products. Some of our well known international brands are Stelazine, Ecotrin and Flexeze. We also market specialty products like Dobutamine, Pethidine inj., Morphine inj., Vasopressin inj. (antidiuretic hormone), Amsacrine inj. etc.
Continued expansion into international markets represents an important plank of the Group's long-term strategy and increased investment in the export side of the business is planned, hence Goldshield wishes to join hands with suitable business partners to make our products available in your area of operation.
