Indications:
Antibiotic-chemotherapy association (potentiate sulfonamide) bactericidal of broad spectrum, for the treatment and control of primary or secondary infections produced by: negative Gram bacteria (G -) like E coli; Salmonella; Pasteurella; Aerobacter and Gram Positive (G ) like Streptococus; Corinebacterium; Clostridium, etc.
The indications of sulfonamides are ample due the broad spectrum of their activity, covering infectious diseases of the apparatuses digestive, urogenital and respiratory. Also it is indicated to treat septicemia, secondary infections, peritonitis, mastitis, metritis and otitis.
Bovine: pododermatitis, coccidiosis, diphtheria of calves, respiratory polyarthritis, infections, complicated pasteurellosis, streptococcal infections, bronchopulmonias with mycoplasmas as well as entherobacterias.
Ovine: coccidiosis, pododermatitis, enteritis
Swine: neumonia, rhinitis, dysentery control, erysipela, and mycoplasma arthritis.
Rabbit: coccidiosis.
For bird it is indicated for infections of the respiratory routes (coryza, laryngitis, sinusitis, neumonias, acute and chronic bronchitis). Is the election treatment for fowl cholera. Use recommended for treatment and prevention of Chronical respiratory deseases, and infections by Mycoplasma gallisepticum and M. Synoviae for fattening chickens and hens. It works well on turkey against sinusitis.
Acts against: Actinomyces spp.; Actinobacillus spp.; Aeromonas spp.; Bordetella spp.; Corynebacterium spp.; And coli; Fusiformis spp.; Klebsiella spp.; Listeria monocytogenes; Moraxella Boris; Mycobacterium spp.; Neisseria spp.; Nocardia spp.; Pasteurella spp.; Proteus spp., Samonella spp.; Shigella spp.; Staphylococcus spp. (even penicillinase spp ); Streptococcus spp. (enterococcus and even diplococcus) and Campylobacter spp.

Kontra-Indikationen

Way of Use. Administration Via:
ORAL, added to milk, substitute of the same one, serum or drinking water, at recommended doses.
At warm periods dose must adjust to the water consumption. Recommended to discard the leftovers and to make a new mixture each 24 hrs.

Dosierung

Sulfaclhoropyridazine: 33 to 49.5 mg/kg each 12 hrs. during 5 to 7 days; (respecting the proportion in the formulation of 5 parts of sulfa each 1 of Trimethoprim); Trimethoprim: 8 to 12 mg/kg g/kg each 12 hrs. (15 to 24 mg/day) during 5 to 7 days.
Suggested dosage: 1 mililiter of product each 2 kg. b.w. each 12 hrs. (equivalent to: 49,5 mg/kg. Sulfaclhoropyridazine and to 10 mg/kg. b.w. of Trimethoprim.)
When administered with drinking water, is advisable to maintain the animals without drinking by a prudencial period before the metering.
Adapt dose according estimated liquid compsuntion.
Birds and rabbits: 1 to 1.5 milliliter per liter of drinking water for 5 days; more than 3 milliliter by single liter is recommended in severe cases (upon operating professional criterion).
Pigs: 0.5 milliliter per animal during 5 days. The dosage and the duration of the treatment will be able to vary accordingly each case and Veterinary Doctor criterion.

Rückruf-Zeiten

Meat: 7 days in all the species.
Not to administer to lactation females nor to egg-laying birds whose productions are destined for human consumption.
