Founded in August 2002, Hai Nguyen Joint Stock Company launched its initiate operating field in castle-food. The good business drove the company to expand and develop a new operating field, it is to produce and trade in veterinary medicine. This field plays an important and strategic role to the company. Therefore, Hai Nguyen has been associating with Hanoi Agriculture University in studying and experimenting therapeutic methods.
In the early days, the company wished to have an address that engages the name of Hanoi Agriculture University, which is the leading University in agriculture studies with 50 year operation and development, and many good relations with foreign universities.
At the beginning of 2004, Hai Nguyen Joint Stock Company developed another new field in Biology technology ... for this is a long lasting and efficient trend, which is applied much in daily life of people. Therefore, the company and Biology Technology Faculty of Vietnam Science Institute together with Microorganism Subject of Hanoi Agriculture University have co-operated to produce a type of activating enzyme and live microorganism enzyme. Those products were widely recognized by consumer and helped breeders to get more profits from those biology outputs.
The coming plan of Hai Nguyen is to study more on EM products and outputs applied for managing Biogas system, and seafood planting environment. Be aware of this new and large market, the company has studied and experimented on this field. Finished products are expected to be launched at the beginning of 2007.
In 3 years operating and developing, thanks to the great enthusiasm and commitment of all employees, the young Hai Nguyen Joint Stock Company has gained some notable and recognizable achievements. The company has a good human resource strategy and treats the employees well. Moreover, Enterprise culture is considered as essential to the company.
